What is Full Spectrum Hemp Oil?

There’s a difference between Full Spectrum Hemp Oil and Hemp Seed Oil. Full Spectrum Hemp Oil is the lipid infused concentration of the hemp flower’s beneficial compounds. Those compounds include, cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, alkaloids, micro nutrients and more. Hemp Seed oil is made by cold pressing hemp seeds and rendering an oil that is a omega-3 and 6 balanced unsaturated fat.

Too many industrialized-age mega companies brought massive quantities of inferior hemp-derived CBD oils to the market.

Potentially inadvertently straying consumer away from the real potential benefits of full spectrum hemp-derived oils, especially the ones paired with right fats and nutrients.

Full spectrum is very different from broad-spectrum distillate, and isolate powder.

Full Spectrum Oil is the golden nectar of the hemp flower. It is intended to be taken sublingually, under your tongue. It contains a fuller array of cannabinoids, terpenoids, flavonoids, minerals and lipids, as well as Essential Fatty acids, and nutrients. These are also important to endocannabinoid function, and overall brain function. In the Russo Entourage effect theory, the idea is a multitude of cannabinoids work together synergistically to enhance the effects within the endocannabinoid system. Many consumers reported feeling a difference between multiple cannabinoids versus CBD isolate only product. The beneficial affects of full spectrum CBD oil is noticeable.

Our Full Spectrum Hemp oil is special, too. We add sunflower lecithin for an additional synergist boost.

Sunflower lecithin is a phospholipid made up of choline, inositol and linoleic acid and a rich source of phosphatidylcholine. Phospholipids are the fats that comprise our cell membranes. The phospholipid structure of cell membranes is what allows our cells to communicate with each other and with other molecules in the body in a process called signal transduction. Cell membranes also regulate the passage of nutrients and other substances into and out of the cells, thereby maintaining the health of every cell in the body.

Choline is necessary for production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which transmits nerve impulses and is essential for optimal brain function, learning and memory.

Choline also works in the liver where it is needed for detoxification and removing fat. Phospholipids act as lipotropic compounds, enhancing fat metabolism. When taken before meals, lecithin also helps with the digestion and absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Lecithin is an emulsifier that facilitates the removal of fats and cholesterol from the body and may be useful for those at risk of arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. If you are taking niacin for healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels lecithin may also be helpful.

The basic “CBD Oil” “Tincture” “Infused CBD Oil” “CBD Hemp Oil” and sometimes called ” Drops” , etc.

Consists of Palm-Derived MCT Oil (because its cheapest), & CBD Isolate, because there’s an enormous gluttony of CBD isolate available at low prices.

CBD Isolate MCT oils lack the additional phytochemical benefits you could be getting from the hemp flower. Industrialized MCT oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) oils are sourced from once forested, indigenous stewarded land, now turned massive mono cropped palm-plantations. The global demand for palm oil is driving enormous ecological biodiversity loss which are intrinsically important ecosystem function and inhabitation of life. Its important to note that these agricultural practices include heavy pesticide use that poisons water and soil. Disclaimer – Not all cbd companies using isolate are this completely irresponsible.

Broad-spectrum distillate

Distillate is refined from pure concentrated resin. In distillation the pure full spectrum resin goes through molecular distillation. By taking winterized concentrates, via Co2 or Ethanol that extract hemp-compounds at super-critical temperatures. Wiped film evaporation uses different boiling points in the respective cannabinoids to separate them, further distilling (or separating) the molecules. High pressure is applied to the process and lower temperatures elevate to the point cannabinoids began separating, some terpenes have been destroyed while others are separated into a concentration of terpenes. The process is repeated to remove leftover solvents that weren’t properly purged in the first stage of extraction, and lipids in the concentrate. The result: a clear, odorless concentrate more fit for smokable products.

CBD Isolate

CBD Isolate has been stripped all the way down to the one molecule, CBD. It has gone through multiple extraction steps and a chemical wash to polarize the cannabinoid molecules to get them to separate.
